Abstract
We re-evaluate two experiments by Hizen and Saijo, unpublished manuscript, ISER, Osaka University (1999a) and Hizen and Saijo unpublished manuscript, ISER, Osaka University (1999b) to examine the performance of bilateral trading and double auction institutions in GHG emissions trading.
