In order to solve these problems, a method of separating medical latex gloves by negative pressure technology is proposed. Based on the PLC controller, the method achieved the purpose of reducing labor cost and improving production efficiency by utilizing the interaction of negative pressure suction, gravity action and sensor. this method, and provides an effective solution for the post-vulcanization process in the latex industry. Abstract
