Abstract

"Don't panic with grain in hand", grain is not only an important strategic goods related to national security, but also the most basic living guarantee for the people. Food security is the most concerned issue of the Chinese government and the people. Against the background of the continuous spread of the COVID-19, China's food security has been challenged.
