Distribution channels and marketing promotion were at a very important level. Hypotheses testing results showed that only educational level and domicile factors did not affect the choice of rental property service selection. Abstract

This study aims to study the marketing mix of 7P's factors affecting the rental property service selection in post covid-19 period of the College of Arts, Media, and Technology students.
