The major objective of the present study is to examine the effect of Work Life Balance on the quality of life amongst married Indian working women in Bahrain. To achieve this end, data was collected by sending questionnaire to 120 women working in various sectors. The collected data was analyzed using statistical tool. This study revealed that the nature of work, role overload, dependent care issues and lack of proper social support are in fl uencing the Work Life balance of Indian working women.
