尽管已经有了较为完善的废旧新能源汽车动力电池的回收利用技术,但是由于技术难度大、资金投入大,许多公司望而却步,所以目前中国参与退役新能源汽车动力电池回收再利用的企业还相对较少,导致动力电池回收利用率仍然较低,论文健全有关技术标准,落实全寿命周期观念,推动新能源车的发展做出分析。
