Abstract

外伤性脑外积液的手术适应证及方法
目的:探讨外伤性脑外积液(TCEFA)的手术适应证和方法。方法:对27例患者的临床表现、CT、MRI表现及体液蛋白含量进行分析,并采用不同的手术方法进行治疗。结果:分别行液腹腔分流术16例,钻孔引流术6例,囟门引流术3例,穿刺术4例。25例完全康复,2例放弃治疗。结论:指征的操作取决于临床疾病的积液量和患者的体征和症状,而方法则由性质(积液成分)决定。且蛋白质含量高或随血而行外引流或经囟门吸入;反之,应行液腹腔分流术。
