Data were collected from February 10 to 28, 2023, comprising general characteristics, slow nursing care, and nursing work environment. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 22.0 program. Results: A significant positive correlation was observed between slow nursing care and the nursing work environment (r=.42, p<.001). In a hierarchical regression analysis, the nursing work environment accounted for 33% (F=8.12, p<.001) of the variance in slow nursing care among nurses in long-term care hospitals. Conclusion: The findings suggest that an optimal nursing work environment is crucial to enhance the delivery of slow nursing care in long-term care hospitals.
