Each specimen were immersed in the disinfectant solution for 15 minutes and dried under room temperature for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs each specimens are studied under stereomicroscope for surface details. Result: The results showed no significant difference in the surface irregularities and porosities for a group 1 and group 2 except group 3 which showed significant increase in the porosities, surface irregularities and erosions after disinfection with 5% NaHOCl by immersion method. Abstract

Aim: To evaluate the surface detail reproduction of dental stone this is immersed in different disinfectant solution and studied under stereomicroscope. 目的:在体视显微镜下观察不同消毒溶液浸泡后牙石的表面细节再现。方法:取直径1.5cm、高1cm的III型牙石标本30个,分为A、B、C组。其中,A浸泡在作为对照组的蒸馏水中,B浸泡在2%戊二醛中,C浸泡在5%次氯酸钠中。每个标本在消毒液中浸泡15分钟,室温下干燥24小时。24小时后,在体视显微镜下研究每个标本的表面细节。结果:除3组用5% NaHOCl浸泡消毒后孔隙度、表面不规则度和侵蚀度显著增加外,1组和2组表面不规则度和孔隙度无显著差异。结论:与对照组和2%戊二醛相比,5%次氯酸钠作为消毒液对模具石表面细部再生能力有不利影响。
