There is often denial, unwillingness to change and difficulty in accepting the diagnosis / in primary patients / both for them and their relatives. Comprehensive patient care is a prerequisite for integrated teamwork, and the nurse has a central responsibility for integrating professional relationships into the multidisciplinary clinical team.
