This database contains detailed descriptions on 885 of the most famous and frequently used ready-prepared Chinese medicines in China, 120 most important officinal plants, 150 diseases and corresponding treatments. A relationship was established between diseases and ready-prepared Chinese medicines in the database. A user-friendly interface was programmed so that users could search the database easily. Abstract
