The authors reviewed 51 articles dealing with the topic, and synthesized the studies to summarize the ethical opportunities, risks, and ambiguities, and proposed ways to mitigate ethical risks in practice. Abstract
This article provides a systematic review of literature that discusses the ethical concerns related to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the hiring process.
