Abstract

Eco-town projects are valued highly inside and outside of Japan as a way to build a local resource circulating society. The most important point of any Eco-town project is the implementation of a real recycling business, and building a reliable Eco-town brand. 生态小镇项目环境产业促进的技术因素
生态小镇项目作为构建地方资源循环型社会的一种方式,受到国内外的高度重视。任何一个生态城项目,最重要的一点是落实真正的回收业务,打造一个值得信赖的生态城品牌。在日本国内外各地,有很多类似生态小镇项目的规划,但很多规划并没有完全实现。造成这种情况的主要原因是规划的概念不符合当地的规范,实施项目的具体方法不够明确。本研究的目的是为了证明生态小镇项目是合适的,并提出一个具体的方法来创建资源循环型社会,可以为每个地方量身定制。在此基础上,我们尝试对生态城镇的技术要素和功能进行系统化,特别是从环境产业的角度出发。
