This study used a completely randomized with three treatments of acetic acid concentrations (6%, 7% and 8%) with six replications. The result was analyzed by Analysis of Variance, to find the differences between treatment used Tukey test. The results showed that the use of different acetic acids had a significant effect (P<0.05) on water, ash content, and yield. Abstract
