Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi dan kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Kecamatan Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 26 guru yang bersertifikat. Teknik pengumpulan data: 1) angket; 2) dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS For Windows Version 21.
