Abstract

The article presents the first experience of implantation of the Russian transcatheter prosthesis "MedLab-KT" in the tricuspid position. The procedure was performed on a high-risk patient with a history of five open surgical interventions for Ebstein's anomaly with developed dysfunction of a previously implanted biological prosthesis. Implantation was carried out by transatrial valve-in-valve technique to the position of a biological prosthesis. The postoperative period was uneventful.
