The main KM mechanism focused in this paper is knowledge integration and knowledge sharing. We believe the successful of knowledge integration lead to opening the door to knowledge sharing. Abstract
Our healthcare system nowadays is far more advanced from what we are twenty years ago. Adding to that, healthcare system is moving towards computerization and informative era.
