Abstract

The paper aims at presenting the acute toxic effect of water-accommodated fractions(WAFS) of No.0 diesel oil on HOX1 gene of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus by PCR-SSCP. The experiment was carried out with three concentrations(2mg/L, 5mg/L, 10mg/l). The results indicated that with the increase of exposure concentration and time, the probability of mutation increased.
