The analysis technique used is PLS SEM (Partial Least Square). The results of the study are: (1). Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2). Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (3) Motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance; (4). Individual characteristics do not significantly influence teacher performance; (5). Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, individual characteristics and work motivation on teacher performance.
