Abstract

In this paper, we present an RFMEMS switched capacitor array, which is proposed as a RF component to achieve various kinds of tunable RF filters. Our RFMEMS switched capacitor array consists of RFMEMS direct contact switches and metal-insulator-metal capacitors.
