Abstract

The present study aims to demonstrate the importance of the participatory pedagogic management team in achieving the educational outcomes of the educational institution from the point of view of the teachers and managers and the impact of all the demographic variables in it. The sample of the study consisted of 238 teachers and managers. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: (the pedagogic management team, Educational), and the study went to the presentation of a number of conclusions and recommendations related to the field of research and limits.
