Abstract

In this paper, Fuzzy logic controller operated water treatment plant is implemented in Emerson’s DeltaV distributed control system using MQ controller. This treated water can be used for domestic purposes for e.g. washing vehicles, utensils & clothes and gardening etc. The response of PID controller and FLC (fuzzy logic controller) are compared. Analysis of maintaining tank water level, temperature and water flow rate by both the controllers is done on actual setup.
