While further research is needed to explore the relevance of the identified factors in other organizations and sectors, this study provides an integrated understanding of change management success based on the analysis of various organizational change models. Abstract
The main purpose of this study is identifying the various factors affecting change management success, as well as examine their relevance in the case of a Moroccan construction company.
