Abstract
Since 1972 a hospital based specialty home health team consisting ofa Registered Nurse, a Registered Physical Therapist, and a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor has been serving spinal cord injury patients hospitalizedpreviously in a University affiliated Rehabilitation Center.
