Abstract
The main objective of this review is to understand of pathophysiology of Kushta with special reference to psoria- sis. Sapta Dravya that is Tridosha, Twak, Raktha, Mamsa and Lasika plays an important role in pathogenesis of Kustha. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory, hyper proliferative, erythematous scaly plaques skin disease. Lang- erhans cells and other factors plays in pathology of psoriasis.
