The flaps and Pedicled tarsal conjunctival flaps existed well in all cases. Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the remaining eyelid of Pedicled tarsal conjunctival flap transposition in the reconstruction of severe full-thickness eyelid defects after the surgery of malignant eyelid tumors. 带蒂睑结膜瓣移位重建眼睑的临床研究

目的探讨带蒂跗骨结膜瓣转位修复眼睑恶性肿瘤术后严重全层睑缺损的临床效果。方法对15例(15眼)眼睑恶性肿瘤术后1/3 ~ 1/2间全层缺损患者，采用带蒂睑结膜瓣移植剩余眼睑，替代眼睑后层(睑板和结膜)，眼周轮匝肌瓣重建眼睑前层(皮肤和肌肉层)。结果随访6 ~ 36个月，平均18个月。所有病例皮瓣及带蒂睑结膜皮瓣均存在良好。美观、功能均达到满意效果，所有患者无复发。结论带蒂睑结膜瓣移位修复眼睑恶性肿瘤术后1/3 ~ 1/2全层缺损，疗效确切，效果良好。关键词:眼睑恶性肿瘤;眼睑整容术;跗骨结膜瓣移位
