For qualitative and quantitative estimation of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Emtricitabine these analytical methods can be used and also for the related degradants in bulk formulations and biological fluid. Abstract

Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate and Emtricitabine are very effectively used in the prevention of HIV-1 infections. They are generally administered as tablets.
