Invariants topologiques d'applications polynomiales

Abstract

Let $\text{φ:=(f,g):}\text{C}{}^2\text{→}\text{C}{}^2$ with f and g polynomial mappings. We establish the connection that exists between the Newton polygon of the curve which is the union of the discriminant and of the non-proper locus of φ and the topology of the links at infinity of the curves f⁻¹(0) and g⁻¹(0).
