Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dan menggunakan angket pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada 33 responden dan semuanya merupakan Karyawan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif, Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja menjadi variabel dependen. Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk kategori Rendah, Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap gaya Kepemimpinan termasuk dalam kategori Rendah, Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan searah terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang. \nThis study aims to determine how much influence the Compensation and Leadership Style has on Employee Performance in the Indramayu Regency DPRD Secretariat. The data in this study were obtained by observation, interview, and using a questionnaire of statements distributed to 33 respondents and all of them were Employees in the Indramayu Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses the associative descriptive method, the independent variable of this research is Compensation and Leadership Style, Performance becomes the dependent variable. Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Indramayu. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dan menggunakan angket pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada 33 responden dan semuanya merupakan Karyawan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Indramayu. Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk kategori Rendah, Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap gaya Kepemimpinan termasuk dalam kategori Rendah, Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan searah terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang.
