The types and sources of data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires. For analysis testing using validity and reliability tests and using path analysis, as well as processing data using the latest SPSS model. In accordance with the hypothesis testing it was found that transformational leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. In organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, transformational leadership has a significant effect on performance. found organizational communication has a significant effect on performance. Fourth, the organizational culture has a significant effect on performance. While job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. Sixth, the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Ibnu Sina Hospital in West Sumatera has a direct relationship.
