The results of the analysis show that employee work discipline has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. Employees who uphold discipline are able to provide better and professional service. In addition, the quality of public services also has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. Friendly, responsive, efficient, and accurate service increases community satisfaction. However, this study also identified several problems in the quality of public services that need to be addressed to increase public satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Employee Work Discipline and Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Lengkong Village Hall Office, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. A survey method with a quantitative approach was used, and 15 residents who used village office services were selected as respondents. 万隆县博钟乡区冷空村办事处员工工作纪律对社区满意度的影响
本研究以万隆县博钟乡区冷空村厅办公室为研究对象,探讨员工工作纪律与公共服务品质对社区满意度的影响。采用定量调查的方法,选取15名使用村办公室服务的居民作为调查对象。通过问卷收集数据,评估公众对员工纪律和公共服务质量的看法。分析结果表明,员工工作纪律对社区满意度有显著的正向影响。坚持纪律的员工能够提供更好、更专业的服务。此外,公共服务质量对社区满意度也有显著的正向影响。友好、及时、高效、准确的服务提高了社区满意度。然而,这项研究也发现了需要解决的公共服务质量方面的几个问题,以提高公众的满意度。希望本文能帮助读者了解和探讨工作纪律和公共服务质量对公众满意度的重要影响。
