Positioning the iris to the ideal symmetrical position is a cardinal step in the fabrication of an ocular prosthesis. All the procedures were carried out in a conventional manner until iris positioning. Iris positioning was done with the new “laser pointer Apparatus”. The measures for the normal eye were obtained with it and were replicated on the affected eye. The laboratory procedures were meticulously followed and the prosthesis was delivered.
