Abstract
Anti-larval (larvae of Aedes aegypti) potential of a novel series of synthesized phosphorylated 1, 2, 4-triazole derivatives with conjugated heterocyclic moieties were evaluated at concentrations of 250, 100, 50, 25 and 10 μg mL−1 in a dose dependent manner and data for their mortality was recorded. Among the tested compounds, presence of additional thiazole/benzothiazole moieties in the molecule was found to inflict the bio-potential to a remarkable extent. The results were compared to the standards, the in silico analysis rationale and with the in vitro larvicidal potential of the test compounds
