This study used a qualitative method where the researcher prepared a self-generated questionnaire on a Google form to determine various parameters. The sample consisted of 20 female and male representatives from Nanjangudu Taluk. The purposive simple random sampling technique was adopted to select samples from different blocks, and based on the study results revealed that both facility providers are not sensitive to issues related to rural villages/women. Anganwadi plays an essential role in the healthy development of pregnant women in rural areas.
