Abstract

Magnus wind turbine is a type of small wind turbine for private houses in the Energy 4.0 concept. Due to its novelty, there is no strong topology for such facilities. In this paper, the construction of the Magnus wind turbine is modified for the best energy efficiency. The cylindric blades as a main part of the Magnus wind turbine which are generally producing the Magnus Force was also modified. The control system for the cylindric blades based on brushless direct current motor was performed.
