Abstract

A quick deployment and high-efficiency helium surveillance balloon which can be used as a mobile surveillance systemto monitor and locate trespassers near borders and high-security facilities are presented in the paper. The paperprovides the description of a motorized helium-filled balloon that is remotely controlled and provides a real-timevideo of any site that needs surveillance.
