Abstract
This study examined the level of the principal's influence leadership and organizational climate on both partial and simultaneous on teacher’s performance. This study was quantitative methods. 本研究考察了校长的影响、领导和组织氛围对教师局部和同步绩效的影响程度。本研究采用定量方法。数据分析采用多元线性回归公式，使用SPSS 22.0 for windows。本研究结果显示，校长领导与组织氛围共同对教师绩效有显著影响，f-count值为114,997,f-table为3.13。本研究的结论是提高教师绩效需要校长领导和良好的组织氛围。
