Cambios en la evaluación en la Facultad de Medicina: sistema Integral de Aplicación de Exámenes

Abstract

Paper-based testing has been the traditional model for decades in educational institutions. However, in recent years, there has been a gradual shift towards online testing, with greater adaptation to the use of digital tolos to administer exams. This change has the potential to transform the assessment process in higher education. The Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) has experienced a remarkable evolution over time in educational assessment. The transition to electronic testing has allowed for greater efficiency in the application and grading of exams, with an increase in security and quality, and in a complementary way, provides students and professors with effective feedback.
