This has been achieved by the statement of the Fast ReRouting problem in an optimization form with the introduction of a linear-quadratic objective function. Abstract

The paper is devoted to the development of the load-balancing Fast ReRouting model with providing fair priority-based Traffic Policing. An important place in the model belongs to the conditions for protecting network elements as well as its bandwidth, taking into account the provision of load balancing in the network. The advantage of the proposed solution is the provision of Fair Priority-Based Traffic Policing due to this model when the flows that are the source of overload are primarily limited.
