Present paper embodies study on conserved biodiversity of Bhuvada baba sacred grove at Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. In this area 83 plants and 30 animals were observed, including one species of fungi, 23 herbs, 09 shrubs, 11 climbers and 39 trees. Likewise 02 insects, 16 birds, 05 reptiles and 07 mammal species were identified from this area.
