Abstract

In this paper, the new experimental data on interactions of neutrons with carbon nuclei at 4.2[Formula: see text]GeV/[Formula: see text] are presented. The comparative analysis of the average multiplicities and kinematical characteristics of the protons and charged pions in [Formula: see text]C and [Formula: see text]C collisions at 4.2[Formula: see text]GeV/[Formula: see text] is made.
