The organization’s leadership engaged in the development of a comprehensive model aimed at establishing a culture of internal clinical supervision to meet the needs of staff and clients. Abstract
ABSTRACT Effective supervision is a key aspect of community-based mental health practice that may enrich staff development, and improve the quality of care for clients.
