An analytical hierarchy process optimization method is proposed and applied to a textile enterprise. Abstract

ABSTRACT A production planning and scheduling system for small and medium-sized textile enterprises is designed according to the actual needs of textile enterprises in the process of informatization construction. 面向订单的纺织品生产调度系统的研究与实现
摘要根据纺织企业信息化建设过程中的实际需求,设计了一套中小型纺织企业生产计划调度系统。系统以订单为中心,采用模块化设计思想,基于三层架构设计功能模块和标准化接口。采用数据库结构设计和计算机程序设计,保证了信息服务的效率和可靠性。系统的主要功能包括优先排序、自动生产调度、订单处理、机器实时监控等。提出了一种层次分析法,并将其应用于某纺织企业。运行结果表明,该方法可有效缩短订单完成时间,提高准时交货率,为企业节省2-3天的生产计划和机器调度时间,提高资源配置能力和生产管理效率,对中小纺织企业实现信息化具有指导意义。
