Abstract

At present, electric toys belong to high-end consumer electronic toys. Due to the popularity of supercapacitors, the use of supercapacitors as electrical energy storage units is more practical, reliable and convenient than the early nickel-hydrogen rechargeable batteries. Therefore, many toys have adopted the “rechargeable” function, which plays an important role in promoting the grade and quality of toys. However, how to design in the actual charging power management system for toys with “electricity” brings difficulties to toy design engineers. In this paper, three typical designs of constant current charging power supply, constant voltage charging power supply and constant current and constant voltage charging power supply are analyzed, and a more reasonable power management system design of three types of circuits is given based on the application of the current most mainstream new power management chip.

电动玩具充电电源管理系统的设计
目前电动玩具属于高端消费电子玩具。由于超级电容器的普及,使用超级电容器作为电能存储单元比早期的镍氢可充电电池更实用、可靠、方便。因此,很多玩具都采用了“可充电”功能,这对提升玩具的档次和质量起到了重要的作用。然而,如何在实际中为玩具设计带有“电”的充电电源管理系统,给玩具设计工程师带来了难题。本文对恒流充电电源、恒压充电电源和恒流恒压充电电源三种典型设计进行了分析,并在应用当前最主流的新型电源管理芯片的基础上,给出了三种电路较为合理的电源管理系统设计。
