Five months after implant placement, the treatment showed satisfactory results both clinically and radiographically. The periapical radiograph confirmed the complication-free integration of the implant and repair of buccal defect. Thus, immediate implant placement with simultaneous GBR in postextraction sockets with bony defects is a reliable technique with predictable results. Abstract
A 50-year-old male presented with nonrestorable fractured upper right first premolar.
