The result of board characteristics shows that the performance of the company is significantly impacted and adversely affected by board size. Whereas a positive and significant effect of female board members on business performance was discovered. Among other variables leverage, size and age have a positive and significant effect on RTOA. Abstract
This research aims to find the effect of ownership and board characteristics on a firm's performance in listed firms in Pakistan.
