The diagnosis is also demonstrated between the rheumatic, gouty, and neuralgic forms of otalgic disease; and upon all these points the author has evidently bestowed some pains. As drawing professional attention to some forms of disease not hitherto included in the catalogue of the " ills to which flesh is heir," the work now under our notice is deserving a careful perusal.
