Abstract

肝脑病患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶的测定及临床意义
目的:探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在肝性脑病(HE)患者中的临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法测定46例患者血清NSE。分析肝脏疾病各临床类型及HE分期的结果。结果:HE患者血清NSE水平(46.038±24.260)μg/L明显高于慢性肝炎患者(12.127±5.673)μg/L和对照组(10.196±3.237)μg/L。肝硬化、亚急性致死性肝炎和急性致死性肝炎患者血清NSE水平逐渐升高(P0.05),且HE四期患者血清NSE水平明显高于ⅰ、ⅱ期患者。结论:HE患者血清NSE水平明显升高,肝硬化、亚急性致死性肝炎和急性致死性肝炎患者血清NSE水平逐渐升高。HE越严重,血清NSE水平越高。
