For data analysis, Student's t test and Friedman were used, and the results showed that the Tabriz guidance schools districts 1 and 4, the components of knowledge management applications, such as to acquire knowledge, applying knowledge, learn from the knowledge process, sharing and exchanging knowledge, and optimal use of knowledge, there is no significant difference. However, evaluation knowledge, and create and consolidate knowledge, there are significant differences. Abstract

This study aimed to compare the application of Knowledge Management in Education, Tabriz guidance schools districts 1 and 4 was performed.
