Abstract
In a retrospective review of the 116 deliveries in Osaka Medical College Hospital between 1973 and 1987, it was found that the incidence of Rh system incompatibility was 1.6 percent. Six mothers had a positive indirect Coombs' test. Two of them had antibody titers of 1:512 or higher, and their infants received blood transfusions or an exchange transfusion.
